We are looking for a highly motivated Hub Support Professional - Children and Families to join our team at Austin Fraser in Kettering. As a Family Hub Connector, you will be responsible for signposting families to resources and tools that help parents make positive choices for themselves and their children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage families and communities in the Family Hub approach.
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and programs, making recommendations for improvement.
- Full Enhanced DBS
- Experience in working with children and families
- Full UK Driving Licence
