Shopper Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. This exciting role presents a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in FMCG, with lots of potential for growth for the Shopper Marketing function and for personal career development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver impactful shopper marketing campaigns that drive interest at the point of purchase and unlock shopper barriers.
- Work closely with key retail customers to build and deliver insightful, differentiated shopper campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize the day-to-day relationships with third-party agency partners to foster a collaborative, efficient, and effective way of working.
- Guide and develop the Shopper Marketing Exec through all responsibilities and tasks.
- Manage budget and investment levels for your accounts, including monthly financial reviews.
- Robust shopper, customer, trade, or category marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment.
- Experience developing and delivering media plans and campaigns.
- Understanding of the full shopper journey touchpoints.
- Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
- Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
