Shopper Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute impactful shopper marketing campaigns, driving interest at the point of purchase and unlocking shopper barriers.
  • Work closely with key retail customers to build and deliver insightful, differentiated shopper campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with third-party agency partners to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Guide and develop the Shopper Marketing Exec, providing mentorship and support.
  • Manage budgets and investment levels for accounts, ensuring effective financial management.
  • Promote a 'shopper-first' mindset across the business, considering the shopper in every business decision.

Requirements:

  • Robust shopper, customer, trade, or category marketing experience in a leading FMCG environment.
  • Experience developing and delivering media plans and campaigns.
  • Understanding of the full shopper journey touchpoints.
  • Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement.
