Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness for our client, a major food manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness
  • Work closely with key retail customers to build and deliver insightful, differentiated shopper campaigns
  • Manage and optimize the day-to-day relationships with third-party agency partners
  • Guide and develop the Shopper Marketing Executive through all responsibilities and tasks
  • Manage budget and investment levels for shopper marketing campaigns
  • Promote a 'shopper first' mindset across the business and consider the shopper in every business decision
  • Interpret industry, category, customer, and shopper data to translate it into clear opportunities for the business

Requirements:

  • Robust shopper, customer, trade, or category marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment
  • Experience developing and delivering media plans and campaigns
  • Understanding of the full shopper journey touchpoints
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment
  • Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement
