Job Description
Hampshire County Council is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in supporting vulnerable children and families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing the social care needs of individuals, relatives, and carers within a specific care group. This role requires strong assessment, monitoring, and reviewing skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Assess and review the social care needs of individuals, relatives, and carers within a specific care group
* Arrange, provide or purchase appropriate services/care to reflect best value principles and comply with legislation
* Decide on the most appropriate level and type of service provision to meet identified needs/risks

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Qualified and registered Social Worker with experience in working with children and families
* Strong skills in building meaningful relationships with children and families
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
