About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Senior Care Assistant to lead our team as a Senior Carer Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee the supervision and inspiration of a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
As a Senior Carer Team Lead, you will provide support to the clinical team in areas such as medication management, care plan development and resident care coordination. You will maintain a safe and respectful environment that prioritises the dignity and preferences of our residents.
About You:To succeed as a Senior Carer Team Lead, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Candidates with expertise in clinical care for the elderly are preferred. As a Senior Carer Team Lead, you will embody warmth, compassion and commitment to delivering exceptional resident care and support.
