Programme Manager Role

We are looking for a skilled Programme Manager to oversee kitchen and bathroom programmed works in Black Country, Gloucestershire, and Redditch.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
  • Manage programme delivery, including coordinating site visits and monitoring progress
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of programme-related activities
  • Provide regular project updates and information to residents in a clear and professional manner
Requirements
  • Proven track record in programme management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • DBS certification and Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP) are required
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £18.59 per hour.

In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer ongoing work with the potential for permanent placement and business mileage reimbursement for travel within the specified areas.
