Senior Civil Engineer Position

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Austin Fraser in Cheshire, UK. As a leading structural engineering consultancy, we offer a range of exciting opportunities for career growth and development.
About the Role- The successful candidate will lead project design teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored services
- Manage project workloads to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies
- Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Provide technical expertise to support project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
- A competitive salary: up to £80,000 per annum for Principal Structural Engineer role, circa £40-60,000 per annum for Senior Structural Engineer role
