Our company operates across the UK, focusing on infrastructure and groundworks projects in the residential sector.

Salary Package

The salary for this Construction Contracts Specialist role is estimated to be around £72,000 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • A car or car allowance of £660 per month
  • A discretionary bonus
  • 23 days holiday plus additional days off throughout the year
  • A buy and sell holiday scheme
  • Death in service benefit equal to two annual salaries
  • Pension employer contributions of 3.5% and employee contributions of 4.5%
Role Responsibilities

This is a key role for a motivated and experienced individual who wants to work in a dynamic environment. As a Construction Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing schemes while maintaining high standards.

You will join a well-established team of contract specialists who have built their careers with the company.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 7 GCSEs at grades A-C or 5-9 including Maths and English
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a contracts manager
  • Experience working on residential groundwork schemes
  • General knowledge of contractual terms within construction
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel
Working Environment

This role is based in Northampton and involves working office and site-based hours, covering the South Midlands region.
