Job Summary
  • Work collaboratively with clients to develop protective design strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications through regular site visits.
  • Develop new products for market in collaboration with manufacturers.
  • Manage project workloads efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Undertake and supervise detailed structural calculations and vehicle dynamics assessments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in civil or structural engineering or applied physics.
  • Chartered engineer status or experience capable of passing the chartered professional review.
  • Leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of steel and concrete design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undergo UK security vetting.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary: £80,000 per annum for Principal Structural Engineer and circa £40-60,000 per annum for Senior Structural Engineer.
