Receptionist Role Opportunity

We are excited to offer a Part Time Receptionist role at Arnold Clark Group, where you will have the chance to join our dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' experiences. As a Customer Experience Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, managing customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding promptly to their needs and queries.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using Microsoft Office and Excel to track customer interactions and feedback.
- Fantastic telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Knowledge of Cisco telephony, although training will be provided (nice to have).
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel, including data analysis and reporting skills.
- Estimated salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
