The RPC Group is a leading provider of automotive services, seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee our workshop operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with extensive experience in automotive management. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and proven leadership abilities. Your primary responsibility will be to manage workshop staff, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain workshop equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Automotive Management, specifically within main dealerships and premium car manufacturers.
  • Understanding of annualised (fully flexible) hours and proven confidence in managing staff rosters.
  • Proficient in mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair equipment.
  • Eligible to work in the UK full-time.
  • Fluently communicate in English, verbal and written.
