**Job Overview**

As an Automotive Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the service operations of our Retail Centre, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and efficient workshop management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Plan and optimize workshop capacity to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate recording of vehicle details and service histories.
  • Responsible for final inspection and control of all job cards produced.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
