**Job Description**

As a Service Centre Team Lead at Group 1 Automotive, you will play a vital role in leading a team of automotive professionals at Mercedes-Benz Hemel Hempstead.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading and motivating a team of technicians and advisors, overseeing the service division, managing resource levels and productivity, and accurately assisting with dealership reporting.

In addition, you will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the dealership achieves high levels of customer satisfaction and drives a high-performance culture.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and advisors.
  • Oversee the service division, managing resource levels and productivity.
  • Accurately assist with dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require experience within the automotive industry, preferably in an agile environment.

You should have an open and approachable leadership style, with experience in leading, motivating, and coaching managers.
