Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced individual in account management and growth to join our UK-based team. As the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for strategically mapping out client services strategy with our Managing Director, retaining current customers with improved experience, and partnering with senior-level clients to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing account management team to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to retain existing clients and expand our portfolio
  • Promote Aquent's services and expertise to potential clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including 28 days annual leave, private medical care, and a £500 training allowance per year.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in account management and business development with a strong understanding of digital marketing
