Job Summary:

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, agents, and local authorities.
• Manage and develop an established team of property professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Prepare and present property performance and strategy reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property law, lease agreements, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyse data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
• Leadership experience with a successful track record in managing teams and projects.
