Business Development Coordinator

At Bjarke Ingels Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Coordinator to support our Business Development team in the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will work closely with the Business Development team to support the acquisition of new business by leading the production and delivery of pre-qualification efforts and generating and managing business development materials and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Development team in the development of new client, consultant, and collaborator relationships
  • Prepare, coordinate, and produce PQQ/RFP/RFQ/RFI submittals, including development of the document and teaming with limited oversight
  • Organize, maintain, and update project information sheets, CVs, project portfolios, and presentation
  • Assist in maintaining a clear overview of business-related inquires including the initial assessment, vetting, and reporting of new potential projects
  • Support proactive market research projects

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree (Architecture, Design, Urban Studies, Communications, Writing, or related field preferred) with 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or design industries
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach and who is self-disciplined and enthusiastic
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, with strong graphic skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Sugar, Open Asset, Airtable are a plus)
