We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team at DiSRUPT, a fast-growing property management business. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development activity into the Public Sector.

The Role:

As a Bid Coordinator, you will work closely with our Senior Bids & Pitches Manager to develop and implement effective BD strategies for our Clients in the Public Sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Senior Bids & Pitches Manager in the management of Public Sector bids, tenders, and framework opportunities across the Firm.
  • Collating responses and coordinating all inputs for tender submission.
  • Ensuring compliance checks and coordinating contract review.
  • Supporting the bid team by using existing collateral to draft responses where possible.
  • Managing the Bid Store / Bid Library.
  • Ensuring all tenders are submitted free from errors.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Business Development Function.
  • Knowledge and experience in successful bid delivery to the Public Sector.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work calmly under pressure.
  • Able to manage workload and competing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
