We have a vacancy for a **Senior MRI Radiographer**, joining our dynamic team of experts who provide high-quality imaging services to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced radiographer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our MRI department.

**Salary**: £41,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality MRI services to patients, including performing complex examinations and supervising junior staff members. They will also contribute to the development of the MRI department, participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining a high level of technical and theoretical skills through personal CPD.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MRI examinations to a high standard, adhering to best practice guidelines and protocols.Supervise and support junior staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service delivery.Maintain a high level of technical and theoretical knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in MRI technology and techniques.Participate in the education and training of staff members, promoting professional development and excellence in practice.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must have a BSc Radiography or equivalent qualification, registration with the relevant body, and a minimum of 4 years' experience in MRI. A postgraduate degree in Radiography or a related field is desirable.
