Learning Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Delivery Specialist to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our workforce, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs and assessments that meet the needs of our learners.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience in coaching and mentoring individuals to achieve their qualifications. You will be responsible for arranging visits with learners and line managers, observing and assessing their work, and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with learners, line managers, and other stakeholders. You will also be comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for education, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
