Main Responsibilities

As a Night Auditor at Accor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's overnight operation. This includes:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring the security and safety of guests and staff, including conducting regular security rounds and monitoring CCTV footage.
  • Managing the front desk and reception area, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and responding to queries and requests.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the hotel's security systems, including alarms and CCTV cameras.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and statistics, including guest satisfaction surveys and security incident reports.
Talent & Culture Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinating with the management team to ensure that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to staff to help them improve their performance.
Health & Safety

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all staff are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures.
  • Conducting regular safety inspections and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Coordinating with the management team to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
Security

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all security procedures are followed, including locking doors and windows, and monitoring CCTV footage.
  • Conducting regular security rounds to ensure that all areas of the hotel are secure.
  • Responding to security incidents and reporting them to management.
Room Service

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all room service orders are taken and delivered promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the room service area.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure that all room service orders are prepared and delivered on time.
Systems & Procedures

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all systems and procedures are followed, including those related to security, health and safety, and customer service.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the hotel's systems and equipment, including alarms and CCTV cameras.
  • Coordinating with the management team to develop and implement new systems and procedures.
Customer Relations

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive.
  • Coordinating with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies.
Other

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.
  • Participating in scheduled training and development programs to improve self and department standards.
  • Abiding by Accor's policy on EEO and harassment in the workplace.
