Main Responsibilities

As a Night Auditor at Accor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel's overnight activities. This includes:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring the security and safety of guests, staff, and property, by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Managing the front desk and reception area, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Monitoring and controlling access to the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and restricted areas.
  • Responding to emergencies and incidents, such as fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
  • Conducting regular security rounds to ensure that all areas of the hotel are secure and that all security protocols are being followed.
Talent & Culture Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to ensure that all staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of security and safety.
  • Coordinating with the management team to ensure that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities and that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to staff to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
Health & Safety

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all staff are aware of their health and safety responsibilities and that they are equipped to perform their duties safely.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and taking steps to mitigate them.
  • Reporting any incidents or near-misses to the management team and taking steps to prevent them from happening again.
Security

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all security protocols are being followed and that all areas of the hotel are secure.
  • Conducting regular security rounds to ensure that all areas of the hotel are secure and that all security protocols are being followed.
  • Responding to emergencies and incidents, such as fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
Room Service

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all room service orders are taken correctly and that all food and beverages are prepared and served safely.
  • Monitoring and controlling access to the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Ensuring that all food and beverages are stored and handled safely.
Systems & Procedures

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all systems and procedures are being followed and that all areas of the hotel are operating efficiently.
  • Monitoring and controlling access to the hotel's systems and procedures.
  • Reporting any issues or discrepancies to the management team.
Customer Relations

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring that all guests are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Responding to guest complaints and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Other

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities and that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
