Main Responsibilities

As a Night Auditor at Accor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel's overnight activities. This includes:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Managing the front desk and reception area, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Coordinating with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
  • Processing guest payments and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including guest history and room assignments.
  • Collaborating with the security team to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
Talent & Culture Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing on-the-job training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Inducting new staff into the team and ensuring they understand the hotel's policies and procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
Health & Safety

You will be expected to:

  • Report any health or safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Participate in workplace consultation on matters related to workplace health and safety.
  • Comply with safe work practices and follow Accor's Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
Security

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the security of guests and staff, including patrolling the hotel and responding to any security incidents.
  • Managing the hotel's security systems, including CCTV and access control.
  • Collaborating with the security team to ensure the hotel's security policies and procedures are implemented.
Customer Relations

You will be expected to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and friendly attitude towards guests and staff.
  • Take initiative to ensure that interactions with customers are positive and productive.
Other

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.
  • Participating in scheduled training and development programs to improve self and department standards.
  • Abiding by Accor's policy on EEO and Harassment in the workplace.
