Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the North East London area, where our company has secured new packages during a period of growth and expansion.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalized care plans, and training and supporting nursing staff with their clinical skills and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual clients' needs
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine delivery management
  • Work collaboratively with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to develop and maintain customized care packages
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy:

  • ~2 days working from home per week / 3 days in the community
  • ~Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
