We are a well-established and progressive provider of complex care packages within the community. Our company has secured new packages in the North East London area, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Paediatric Nurse Manager, providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalized care plans, and training and supporting nursing staff with their clinical skills and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual clients' needs
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine delivery management
  • Work collaboratively with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to develop and maintain customized care packages
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RSCN qualification with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • A supportive management style that brings out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • A full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
