About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large housekeeping team to achieve exceptional results in guest satisfaction and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations and drive commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Build a guest-focused culture within Housekeeping, empowering team members to make a positive impact on guest satisfaction.
  • Manage CAPEX and CPOR/HSK P&L accountability, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Develop internal talent and drive team engagement through effective leadership and communication.
