Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Main Responsibilities

As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staffing, inventory, and supply managementEnsure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintainedSupervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and customer serviceMonitor and control housekeeping expenses to ensure they are within budgetCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or related role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
