About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Park Plaza London Waterloo. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation in housekeeping practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
