This role involves providing individualized support to students with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and medical conditions, in a top-rated secondary school.

The successful candidate will benefit from exceptional support from the school and Aspire People, a reputable recruitment agency. This long-term opportunity offers competitive pay of £85-£95 per day, Monday to Friday, during school hours (term-time only).

To qualify, you should have a minimum 2:2 degree, preferably in Psychology, but all disciplines are considered. Prior experience with or knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) is also beneficial. Enthusiasm, confidence, and strong communication skills are essential for this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional needs
  • Benefit from exceptional support from both the school and Aspire People

Requirements:
