Job Title: Budget Analyst

Location: Hybrid/Remote Work Options

Estimated Salary: £33,500 - £38,000 per annum

Lime Talent Ltd is seeking a Budget Analyst to join our team. This role will involve financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the company's financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts, aged debt reviews, and invoicing to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Manage daily banking transactions, payment allocation, and cash reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Analyze credit requests, collect payments, and manage queries with sales and operations teams.
  • Contribute to month-end closure, sales ledger reporting, and credit balance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Reconcile intercompany balances, major accounts, and support accounts payable.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
  • Show motivation, energy, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Pursue continuous improvement and technical excellence in finance processes.
  • Develop strong teamwork skills and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills across departments.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including DAX, Power Pivot, and formulas, to drive financial insights.
  • Hold a Level/college education or equivalent, with AAT study support offered for career development.
