Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in the Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM) team, reporting into the Heinz Brand Lead for EPDM. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals currently serving in marketing analyst or coordination roles.

This position focuses on the Heinz brand, with additional responsibilities extending to support other brands like Tingly Ted's. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work alongside brand marketing, category, and insight teams, ensuring successful delivery of budget forecasts, leading day-to-day team organization, and supporting teams on big bet initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Budgets Ownership: Full management of collective EPDM budgets, ensuring successful delivery of budget forecast and supplier payments. This includes raising purchase orders on behalf of the team, managing approvals, and handling invoice queries.
  • Budget Reporting and Analysis: Monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis of team budget trackers to senior leadership.
  • Vendor System Management: Work closely with the procurement team to set up new vendors, including contract & system registration and renewal.
  • Administrative & Organization: Efficiently and autonomously handle day-to-day team administrative & organizational tasks, such as registering external visitors to the office, arranging couriers, placing sample orders, and organizing team events.
  • Support Marketing Team: Work in partnership with the marketing teams to execute marketing plans for new launches and campaigns.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual who is proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use common formulas and functions, create charts and graphs, and utilize data tools. Experience in creating pivot tables is desirable.

Able to communicate effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will also possess a proactive mentality, be able to analyze complex data, and implement simple solutions.

What We Offer
