About the Role

We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Budget Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our clients to understand their budgeting needs and develop effective cost management strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing budgeting advice to clients during the feasibility stage of new projects.
  • Assisting with bids for Cost Management multi-market mandates, across the UK and EMEA.

The successful candidate will have prior experience within a relevant role within a similar real estate industry, excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
