About the Role

This Strategic Business Development Director opportunity has arisen within a private equity backed business in the logistics space. As part of Global Accounting Network's partnership with this business, we are seeking an experienced individual to take on this key leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and providing commercial insight to drive business growth.

A strong understanding of the logistics industry and excellent analytical skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also have CIMA qualifications or equivalent and experience in people management.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
  2. Manage budgets and provide commercial insight to senior stakeholders
  3. Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality financial reporting
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
