HR Technology Change Manager

Taylor James Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled HR Technology Change Manager to join our team in London.
About the Job:
This 6-month contract opportunity requires a Business Analyst with experience in Human Resources Learning and Development using Workday technology.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance HR processes and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage expertise in Workday technology to drive business outcomes.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technology teams.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR IT experience
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst preferred
- Experience in leading and driving change and projects
- Domain knowledge of Catalogues, request management, incidents, problems, work queue management, and ServiceNow
- Experience deploying business analysis tools to enable change
- Engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors
