Caretaker / Concierge / Security Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Caretaker / Concierge / Security to join our team.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00 - 07:00 in Feltham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, residents, and workers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors and entering their details into the visitor log.
  • Overseeing the safe-keeping of the building's keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when necessary.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.
  • Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required.
  • Building a network of local contacts to ensure high-quality recommendations.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints.
  • Dealing with lost property and locating missing items.
  • Ensuring that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained by housekeeping, cleaning, rubbish, and groundskeeping staff.
  • Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the building. Monitoring operational procedures. Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas. Protecting the property from theft, accidents, fire, and other threats.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. A background in security or customer service would be advantageous.

Work Schedule and Location:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00 - 07:00 in Feltham.

Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
