Job Title: HR/Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Recruitment Administrator to join our team at C2 Recruitment. As a key member of our Volunteer Services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in all aspects of volunteer life cycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, database management, and training coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Volunteer Hub in all aspects of volunteer life cycle management
  • Provide administrative support for project work, including strategic recruitment, inclusion, and belonging
  • Monitor and respond to queries received into generic Voluntary Services inboxes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of volunteer management strategies
  • Collaborate with the Volunteer Services team to ensure effective volunteer engagement and retention
Requirements:
  • CIPD level 3 or diploma qualification or equivalent level of demonstrable experience in Volunteer Management and/or People functions
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience of using computerized and web-based HR information systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
