HR Administrator

Join C2 Recruitment Ltd, a well-established non-profit organisation based in the Romford, Essex area, as a Volunteer Administrator. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting the Volunteer Services team with administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and project work.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Volunteer Services team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertisement to onboarding, working closely with managers to determine the best approach.
- Conduct safer recruitment checks and assess when escalation is required to resolve issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor and respond to queries received into generic Voluntary Services inboxes, demonstrating professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- CIPD level 3 or diploma qualification or equivalent level of experience in Volunteer Management and/or People functions.
- Understanding of Equal Opportunities and valuing Diversity.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a people-oriented function and recruitment, delivering high-volume end-to-end recruitment campaigns and supporting managers to develop and implement plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to compose letters, reports, and data input within tight time frames.
- Experience of undertaking compliance audits on recruitment activity, analysing data, and providing assurance reports to ensure best practice and quality governance.
- Experience of using computerised and web-based HR information systems, e.g., DBS, HRIS, Learning Management Systems.
