Job Overview:
Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to fill the SEN Education Assistant Role. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to children with Special Educational Needs in a primary school setting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective support strategies to enhance the learning experience of children with SEN
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and deliver tailored educational plans
- Utilize various techniques to foster communication skills among children and adapt methods to meet individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and share updates with parents and team members
- Establish a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes exploration and learning through play

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and a commitment to supporting children's growth and development

Salary Range: £25,000 - £32,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
