Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in implementing plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Provide tailored support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting a supportive and understanding atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to assess students' progress and adjust support as needed.
Requirements
  • Level 2 teaching assistant qualifications or a minimum of 6 months experience in a school setting.
  • Knowledge of special educational needs and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
