Job Title: Support Teacher for Special Educational Needs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Support Teacher for Special Educational Needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students with challenging behaviours.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students. You will work closely with our team of experienced educators to design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide support and guidance to students with challenging behaviours
  • To work collaboratively with our team of experienced educators to achieve outstanding results
  • To design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • To use Team Teach techniques to manage challenging behaviour

Requirements:

  • Team Teach trained
  • QTS Qualification (ECTs are also welcome)
  • Experience teaching Primary and Secondary schools
  • Understanding the needs of SEMH pupils
