SENCO Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join our team at Newby Primary School. As a qualified teacher with a NASENCo qualification, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with special educational needs.

Our school is committed to providing an inclusive education that meets the needs of all pupils. We aim to create a positive and supportive learning environment that enables children to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to support children with special educational needs
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure inclusive practices
  • Providing guidance and training to staff on SEN best practices

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive leadership team.
