We are looking for a talented individual to join our Digital Enablement team as a Digital and Information Facilitator at NHS Fife.

Job Description:

The role of Digital and Information Facilitator is crucial in delivering effective digital technology within NHS Fife. You will work closely with Strategy and Programmes, digital enablement sub-team, to provide service/system support for service users and staff within NHS Fife.

The facilitator will collaborate directly with programme and project teams under the oversight of the Digital and Information Head of Strategy and Programmes.

NHS Fife is committed to developing its Digital and Information Delivery Plan to drive organisational change and modernise service delivery for the benefit of staff, patients, carers, and the public.

We seek an individual who will be a key advocate of this agenda and passionate about ensuring that training is delivered hand-in-hand with change to create a truly effective workforce.

The ideal candidate should possess an excellent knowledge of digital systems, including:

  • Clinical Portal
  • Trakcare
  • Morse
  • Patientrack
  • Microsoft packages
Required Skills and Qualifications:

An excellent understanding of digital systems is essential for this role. Knowledge of Microsoft packages and clinical portals is highly desirable.

The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and communicate effectively.
