Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up projects for the Project Manager to oversee
  • Sourcing and relationship management of Sub Contractors
  • Liaison with sub-contractors to communicate project requirements and frameworks
  • Diarising and recording monetary information to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Resolving or escalating issues that may arise
  • Impacting profitability by sourcing best value equipment, materials and solutions
  • Chasing deliveries, payment of invoices, issuing purchase orders, checking receipts.
  • Ensuring evidence of completed work is obtained and recorded for all projects
  • General administration tasks
