Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Digital Development department on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will provide coordination and administrative support for a feasibility study, including a new international interdisciplinary fellowship program for artists, researchers, and cultural leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communications and act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with program partners and artist teams, providing operational and logistical support for events, workshops, and potential production periods.
  • Provide scheduling and logistical support for interdisciplinary programming efforts.
  • Support the operations of in-person events, liaising with RSC operational departments to ensure effective delivery.
  • Support the reporting, evaluation, and management of project outcomes, drafting timely reports to stakeholders and funders.
  • Maintain systems for managing and monitoring project process, spend, and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with UK-context logistics and travel planning.
  • Experience supporting artists or creative workflows.
  • Meticulous approach to record keeping, data, and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer literacy in MS Office and confidence adapting to project tools.
  • Ability to work within a charity budget and use funds responsibly.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
About the Role

This is a 2-year fixed-term contract, with 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There is flexibility around when the hours are worked, and the position will be based in Stratford-upon-Avon. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
