Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Water Treatment)
Location: Covering various regions.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Future Build Recruitment is partnering with a medium-sized Civil Engineering contractor specializing in Water Treatment projects. They are known for delivering high-quality solutions that improve water supply, treatment, and distribution systems. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage Water Treatment projects simultaneously, with values of up to £2 million, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
- Compliance & Safety Management: Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork to drive project success.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Civil Engineering sector, ideally with Water Treatment experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of water infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and pipeline systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating teams, and liaising with stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Driving License: Full UK driving license is required for site visits.
