Behavioural Support Specialist

A Behavioural Support Specialist is required to work in a school for children with SEMH needs. The successful candidate will support children in managing their behaviour and emotions, engaging with tasks set by the class teacher, and reaching their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualised support to pupils with SEMH needs
• Develop and implement behaviour management plans
• Collaborate with teachers to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
• Experience working with children with SEMH needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
