About Us: Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health services, committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in this exciting opportunity.

Job Description: As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of forensic mental health services to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and review patient care plans, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving clinical excellence and improving patient outcomes.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in forensic mental health, preferably with experience working in a community setting. You must also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A registered practitioner (Mental Health Nurse, OT, or Social Worker) qualification is required, along with evidence of ongoing professional development. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Estimated salary: £44,806 to £53,134 per annum incl.
