Salary Information
We are offering a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus benefits including free parking and up to £400 in tips per month.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing business objectives to deliver an exceptional product and experience to our clientele. This is a hands-on role, requiring strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Human Resources disciplines and their practical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee business objectives to deliver an exceptional product and experience to clients
- Work closely with the management team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Hospitality or a related field
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage or Events Management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A target-driven mindset and ability to work well under pressure
