Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, including staff management, inbox and phone line management, and calendar and diary management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer staff management, overseeing daily activities and providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Manage the organization's main inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to enquiries and handling incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain and organise office files and records, and schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for senior management and staff.
