About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Operations Manager to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Operations Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Operations Managers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on customer service and operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
